A dark concrete room with light arriving from an open doorway at the far end
Batch 14 · opens 3 November 2026 · 40 units

Four weeks, one crate, no salesperson.

€2 340 including nineteen per cent MwSt and delivery inside the EU. You pay when the batch opens; we build in the four weeks after that; the lamp arrives measured, with its own sheet.

In the crate.

  • One Nord 120, graphite, serial stamped into the gland cap
  • Suspension pair, 2 000 mm of 3 mm cable, gravity locks
  • Two ceiling roses, 92 mm, with the drilling template
  • Your own sphere report: flux, CCT, Ra, R9, Rf, Rg, Pst
  • The IES photometric file on a printed link
  • A 2.5 mm hex key, because you will need it eventually

Not in the crate.

  • A DALI controller. Ask us and we will name one; we do not resell it.
  • An electrician. The lamp is 86 W on a standard circuit, but the rose goes into a ceiling and that is their job, not ours.
  • A second lamp. Benches over 1.4 m need two and we will say so before you pay, not after.
  • An invoice in a currency other than euro.

Payment is by bank transfer only. We do not take cards and we do not hold deposits — the full amount, once, when the batch opens.

Can I send it back?

Thirty days from delivery, in the crate it came in, refunded in full including the outbound freight. You pay the return. Eleven have come back since 2017; nine of those rooms needed two lamps and bought two.

Why is there no card payment?

On a €2 340 invoice the card fee is about €43. Forty of those a month is a second anodising run, so we would rather you sent a transfer and we spent it on the lamp.

Do you sell through dealers?

No. A dealer margin on forty lamps a month would put the price near €3 400 and we would stop speaking to the people using them, which is where every improvement has come from.

I need six for a teaching studio. Is there a price?

€2 190 each from four up, because they ship on one pallet and we bin the drivers together. Six is fifteen per cent of a batch, so tell us two months ahead or you will take the whole of batch 15.

What if my ceiling is 4.2 m?

Then 2 000 mm of cable is not enough and we will make you a longer pair at cost — about €40. Tell us the ceiling height in the form; it is the question we most often have to ask back.

Can I visit?

Thursdays from one until six, no appointment. Bring something you are trying to match — a swatch, a glaze test, a retouch — and put it under the bench lamp. That is the only demonstration we know how to give.
